Dolomites Wedding Photographer & Videographer
Documentary photo and film for couples who want real moments, natural connection and no awkward posing.
A Dolomites wedding is not just about the view.
It is about the quiet before the ceremony, the way the mountains change with the light, the wind, the weather, the movement, the people you choose to bring with you and the feeling of being completely present in a place that already feels unforgettable.
Our work is for couples who love beautiful images, but care even more about how the day feels. We photograph and film weddings in a relaxed, documentary and cinematic way, with gentle guidance when needed and space for real moments to unfold naturally.
Based in Trento, we cover weddings and elopements across the Dolomites and Northern Italy, including Val Gardena, Alpe di Siusi, Lago di Braies, Cortina d’Ampezzo, Tre Cime di Lavaredo, Bolzano, Lake Garda and surrounding areas.
Why the Dolomites require more than beautiful photos
The Dolomites are incredibly beautiful, but they are also a place where timing, light, weather and logistics matter.
A mountain wedding can change quickly. Clouds move fast, light disappears behind the peaks earlier than expected, locations can feel very different depending on the season, and the most famous places are not always the most peaceful or meaningful choice.
That is why our approach combines documentary storytelling with calm direction and thoughtful planning. We help you think about the flow of the day, the best moments for portraits, how to keep the experience relaxed, and how to create space for honest emotion instead of turning your wedding into a photoshoot.
The goal is not to perform for the landscape.
The goal is to remember how it felt to be there together.

The Dolomites have many beautiful places for wedding photos, from iconic mountain views to quieter and more intimate locations. Some of the most loved areas include Lago di Braies, Alpe di Siusi, Val Gardena, Seceda, Cortina d’Ampezzo and Tre Cime di Lavaredo.
The best location depends on your wedding style, the season, the light, accessibility, privacy and how much time you want to spend moving between places. We always prefer locations that support the feeling of the day, not just the photo.
-
The best time to get married in the Dolomites is usually from late spring to early autumn, especially between June and September, when the mountain roads and outdoor locations are more accessible.
Summer offers long days and dramatic landscapes, while September can bring softer light, calmer locations and a more intimate feeling. Because mountain weather can change quickly, we always recommend planning a flexible timeline with enough space for light, movement and weather changes.
-
Yes. Timeline planning is especially important for weddings and elopements in the Dolomites because light, weather, travel time and location access can affect the whole experience.
We help you think through the best moments for portraits, how much time to leave between locations, when the light may be softer, and how to keep the day relaxed instead of rushed. The goal is to create space for real moments while still making the most of the landscape.
-
Yes, most of our couples are international.
We communicate clearly, keep things simple, and guide you through the process so you always feel comfortable and supported.
-
Yes! We offer combined wedding photo and video packages, which are perfect if you want your memories captured in both still and moving images. You can also book two photographers plus a videographer for complete coverage.
-
Most of our couples tell us they feel awkward in front of the camera at first.
We gently guide you when needed, but mostly we let things unfold naturally so you can focus on being present and enjoying your day.
-
We usually deliver your full wedding gallery and/or film within 40 days. During high season, delivery times may be slightly longer, but this will always be stated clearly in your contract, so you’ll know before booking.
-
We require a 30% booking fee at the time of signing the contract, which secures your date and includes all the details of your chosen package. The remaining 70% is due the day after your wedding. Payments can be made via bank transfer or invoice.
-
In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend, I will arrange for another professional photographer or videographer with the same style and quality standards to cover your day. If you prefer not to proceed with the replacement, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
-
The 30% booking fee is non-refundable, but it can be applied as a credit toward a new wedding date or a different photo or video session with us. If your wedding is postponed, we will do our best to accommodate your new date.
-
On average, couples receive 200–600 carefully edited images, depending on the length of coverage and size of the wedding. We focus on authentic, candid moments as well as artistic portraits that tell the full story of your day.
-
