What we use

When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as names, email address, wedding date or season, location, services you are considering, budget range and message. We use it to reply, check availability, prepare a proposal and manage a booking if you decide to proceed. This processing is used to take steps at your request before a contract, perform a contract, meet legal obligations and keep necessary business records.

Services we use

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Formspree delivers inquiry forms, and a restricted Google Sheet keeps the lead record. Email and WhatsApp process messages when you use those channels. If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics 4 is delivered through Google Tag Manager. Selected wedding films are delivered from Squarespace video servers. These providers process information under their own privacy and data-processing terms and may use infrastructure outside the EEA with applicable safeguards.

Optional analytics helps us understand which pages and sources lead to genuine inquiries. It stays off unless you accept. Names, email addresses, free-text messages and venue notes are not sent to Google. You can change your choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Retention and your rights

We keep inquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, prepare or manage a booking, meet legal requirements and resolve related questions. Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, or complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
